Start 4 Life 1-2-1 Club

Establishing a healthy lifestyle is important to encourage positive habits from an early age. Start4life is a national initiative which supports parents on key issues including breastfeeding, introducing solid foods, active play and tips on healthy foods for babies and toddlers.

The Start4Life 1-2-1 club is a support programme for families with children under five years. It is a healthy lifestyle programme based on six behaviour changes to give you and your children the best start to life and lead healthier lifestyles.

The programme runs for 12 weeks, with two 1-2-1 appointments and personal goals to work on at home together as a family.

If you would like more information about the Start4Life programme, Email: change4life@medway.gov.uk or  telephone 01634 333103
